MSL President Stacy Hitt accepts the Texas Life
Membership Award from the MISD Council of PTAs.
The Mesquite Service League participated in the 11th
annual Mesquite Taste and Trade, a yearly event to promote area restaurants,
businesses and organizations sponsored by the Mesquite Chamber of Commerce.
The Mesquite Service League received the Texas Life
Membership Award from the Mesquite Independent School District Council of PTAs
at the Founder's Day Banquet on February 17, 2006. This honor was bestowed on
MSL in recognition of help provided to the Mesquite Clothes Closet.
The MISD Clothes Closet works with each local campus to fulfill clothing needs
of children attending Mesquite schools, pre-K through High School.
