The Mesquite Service League is dedicated to
serving the community in which we live. Each year, we put essential school
supplies in the hands of underprivileged children, award scholarships to
talented students who lack the funds for a college education, provide hearing
aids and dental services to the needy, clothe struggling individuals, allow at
risk children to experience the wonder of scouting, put milk on the tables of
disadvantaged families and so much more. We are our community. We care for our
community.
The League awards over $25,000 in grants for special projects and charities to
improve the lives of those in our midst. We take great pride in offering a
helping hand to those in need. Our volunteers find time in their personal and
professional lives to reach out to our community through funding, service,
leadership and mentoring.
Since our inception in 1947, the Mesquite Service League has been committed to
providing hope to those in despair, help to those in need of a gentle lift and
opportunity to those seeking knowledge.
